At OneStoreSolution, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders arrive within 1–10 business days after shipment.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

We can ship to Post PO Boxes, but we cannot deliver to private or rented PO Boxes. Please confirm with your courier that your PO Box is eligible for delivery before placing your order.
At OneStoreSolution, Yes we do offer shipments to other countries, please contact us via email to request a shipping quote to your destination or if sending to other country destination.
At OneStoreSolution, we do not accept PayPal due to their policy. Payments can be completed via bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
At OneStoreSolution, Please note that COD is available only for wholesale account customers.
At OneStoreSolution, Yes we accept credit cards for COD payments, though some locations may have restrictions. You can pay with: Cash Debit Credit card (conditions may apply) Bank draft or certified cheque payable to bank (for COD amounts over $100,000 and up to $500,000)

At OneStoreSolution all products comes with warranty, Exceptions may apply to our glass products as they do not come with a warranty due to their fragile nature. If a product arrives broken during shipping, please follow our shipping damage claim process to resolve the issue.
