 Shipment Processing Time

All orders placed by 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) are processed the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If we anticipate a significant delay with your shipment, we will contact you by email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We offer free shipping on orders over $10,000 before tax and after all discounts, except for international shipments. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard ground shipping typically takes 4–10 business days once dispatched. Customers located in USA and the European zone area or nearby regions may receive their orders sooner.

4. Shipping Damages

If you receive any damaged item(s), you must retain all shipping cartons and packing materials and contact us immediately. This is required because, when we file a damage claim with the carrier, they may need to inspect or collect the merchandise and packaging.

Once we are informed by the carrier whether an inspection is required, we will notify you. If an inspection is needed, the carrier will coordinate directly with you to arrange pickup of the package(s).

6. Restocking Fees for Returned Merchandise

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise. Your refund or credit will be issued for the total purchase amount after the restocking fee has been deducted.

 

3. International Shipping Policy

One StoreSolution is not responsible for any customs clearance processes, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping—including tariffs, duties, and taxes—are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any customs-related procedures required for importing your order must be handled by the customer.

5. Return Policy

All online sales at One StoreSolution are final and non-refundable. Exchanges may be accepted only if the product is returned unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping costs, are not refundable unless otherwise specified on this page.
